Leadership
CSI Partners was founded in 2014 by Cynthia Betterson, a seasoned industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the food industry. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and an MBA from the Penn State Smeal School of Business.
Her illustrious career includes pivotal roles in Research and Development at top CPG companies like Kraft Foods, ConAgra Foods, Campbell Soup Company, and Perdue Foods. Cynthia has contributed to the development of iconic brands such as:
